2. Services Description
Netfluxfeed provides cohort-based and self-paced professional education focused on applied generative AI workflows. Deliverables include live sessions, asynchronous materials, mentor feedback within stated windows, and templates for documentation. We do not guarantee employment, certification from third-party vendors, or model performance outcomes.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Participants must provide accurate registration details and maintain the confidentiality of access credentials. Corporate purchasers remain responsible for informing their attendees of acceptable use rules. We may suspend access for abusive conduct, credential sharing beyond purchased seats, or attempts to scrape proprietary materials.
4. Intellectual Property
Curriculum text, rubrics, recordings where provided, and branded assets remain Netfluxfeed property unless a separate written license states otherwise. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or republication without written consent is prohibited.
5. Third-Party Tools and APIs
Courses may demonstrate third-party APIs, vector databases, or automation tools. You are responsible for complying with each vendor's terms and for any fees incurred. Netfluxfeed does not warrant uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Netfluxfeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of educational content, including business interruption or loss of data. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties agree to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangkok for disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty days of written notice.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes will be announced via email to active cohorts. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance unless you withdraw per the refund policy.
