2. Scope and PDPA Alignment
We process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and applicable notifications. This notice explains categories of data, purposes, retention, and your rights.
3. Categories of Personal Data
We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, phone, company), billing references (without storing full payment credentials when processed by processors), technical logs (IP, device, browser), learning activity metadata (progress timestamps, assignment uploads), and communications you send through forms or support channels.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
Data is used to deliver programs, schedule sessions, provide mentor feedback, improve instructional quality, secure our infrastructure, comply with accounting obligations, and respond to lawful requests. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, legal obligations, and consent where explicitly collected.
5. Retention
Enrollment records are retained for the duration of the program plus seven years where required for tax and accounting compliance. Marketing consents are refreshed periodically; withdrawn consents are honored within reasonable technical windows.
6. Processors and Transfers
We use vetted processors for email, video conferencing, hosting, and analytics. Where data is transferred outside Thailand, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and vendor certifications where available.
7. Security Measures
We implement access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege administration, and periodic reviews. No online system is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly.
8. Your Rights
Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where technically feasible. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand's Office of the PDPC. We will verify identity before fulfilling sensitive requests.
9. Children's Privacy
Programs are intended for adults engaged in professional learning. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without guardian authorization.
10. Policy Updates
We revise this notice when practices change. The last updated date reflects the newest revision. Archived copies are available on request for enrolled participants.
