1. Overview and Consumer Rights (Thailand)

This policy explains refunds for paid programs priced in THB. Consumer protection laws in Thailand may grant statutory rights independent of this policy; where they conflict, mandatory law prevails.

2. Eligibility Window

For self-paced products, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if you have not accessed more than twenty percent of downloadable core modules. Cohort programs follow the schedule in section three.

3. Cohort Withdrawal Dates

Withdraw before the cohort kickoff workshop for a full refund minus payment processor fees where non-refundable. After kickoff but before week two ends, partial refunds of fifty percent may be issued upon written request. After week two, fees are generally non-refundable except for documented medical emergencies reviewed case-by-case.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party fees (software licenses you purchase separately), private mentor add-ons already delivered, and custom corporate workshops after statement-of-work signature are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Process Steps

Email hello@netfluxfeed.digital with your order reference, cohort name, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case we propose an alternative.

6. Processing Time and Method

Refunds typically post within seven to fourteen business days depending on banks and card networks. Installment plans are totaled to the amount actually paid to date.

7. Cancellations by Netfluxfeed and Contact

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date. Force-majeure events may delay sessions without constituting breach. For disputes, see General Terms governing law. Contact details appear in the footer of each page.
